Project Overview

The project consists of one fourplex and seven duplex buildings - a total of 20 units.

The project will result in an average energy savings of +/- 60% and a reduction of greenhouse has emissions of over 80%.

CMHC has approved $130 000 Pre-Development Fund through CGAH Program and 3.4 Million in Capital Fund through CGAH program.
