Given the increasing needs for family-style housing in the Fredericton Market, Local Development Group has proposed Fundy Family Fredericton Initiative, exploring the opportunity to add around 150-200 units, including 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom units for large families.
Funding Strategy
The City of Fredericton has approved $20 000 in planning funds for this initiative which will help identify preliminary drawings.
RDC will be considered for preconstruction funding to build a business plan to leverage capital financing for the construction.
